Sunday, June 29th was Planned Parenthood: Shasta-Diablo's 4th annual Wine, Women & Shoes fundraising event - and our most successful yet!

So many people are responsible for this success:

               our host, St. Supéry Winery;

            all the generous donations from our wine sponsors;

            the mouth-watering savory and sweet hors d'oeuvres provided by our culinary sponsors;

            our dashing and flirty shoe guys;

            the unmatched excitement provided by auctioneer David Reynolds;

            our stunning and fierce fashion models;

            the unique shoe and accessory retailers;

            the hair, makeup, and hard work contributed by our many volunteers;

            and, of course, our attendees, whose overwhelming generosity and support make this event THE not-to-be-missed event of Napa! Period!

To everyone: Thank you. You ARE FABULOUS!

Because of our generous donors, we raised more funds this year than ever before to continue the operation of our critical services: affordable, non-judgmental sexual health care; age-appropriate, medically-accurate sexual health education for all; and advocacy for the needs and rights of all men, women, and teens in the thirteen counties in Northern California we serve.

Congratulations, and thank you again to everyone for making this year's event such a huge success!

And there's no need to stop celebrating yet! Come enjoy the Ultimate Sex and the City Party, at the St. Helena Cameo Cinema, with door prizes, cosmos, and, of course, Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha.

And we hope you'll be pleased to hear that we are already planning for Wine, Women & Shoes 2009! If you would like information on the event or would like to be added to the invite list, please e-mail us at info@ppshastadiablo.org
